Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper to Guo Qingping or Chen Xianqiao by the deadline. Papers will be refereed. E-mail and Fax submissions are also acceptable (you can click here for contact details). There is a limit of 6 pages for each paper in the Proceedings. At most 2 additional pages can be included, as long as you pay the fee of US$ 60.00 per extra page. Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere.

July 15, 2001 (Sunday) : Notification of acceptance.
September 1, 2001 (Saturday): Camera-Ready papers & Prereg. due
October 15 - 19, 2001: DCABES 2001 Conference
A registration fee (including conference documents, and some other services):
USD 260 before 1st August 2001
USD 300 after 1st August 2001
For accepted but not presented paper an publishing fee of USD 150 is required (including proceedings post fee)
