Implementations and Interpretations of the Talbot-Ogden Hydrology Model
Craig C. Douglas
Abstract
The interaction between surface and subsurface hydrology flow systems is important for water supplies. Accurate, efficient numerical models are needed to estimate the movement of water through unsatu-rated soil. We investigate a very fast water infiltration model and develop parallel implementations that are suitable for a computer with a graphical processing unit (GPU).

Research on the Cross-System Collaboration Model of E-Government in China: From the Perspective of System Elements
Hu Changping, Chenguo
Abstract
In former researches, the constructions of cross-system collaboration model of e-government are mostly limited to some specific technical architecture. To resolve this problem, we constructed a general conceptual model of cross-system collaboration from the perspective of the e-government system elements. Accordingly, the decomposed sub models are discussed, including the resource sharing model, the technology fusion model and the service collaboration model. Each of these sub models are constructed based on the conclusion of general characteristic of former models.
