Location
The
conference will be held at the Green Water Wave Hotel (碧波宾馆) in
the famous East Lake resort of Wuhan,
Hubei, China. Wuhan is situated beside across and along the Yangtze
River in central China, which has almost 8,000 thousands peoples.
It is a metropolitan city with strategic military position in
